Shop assistant: Can I help you?

Mother: I want to buy a nice cap for my daughter.

Shop assistant: OK, we have got caps in white, yellow, pink and red colours. What colour would you like?

Mother: yellow, please.

Daughter(Gayane): I don’t like the colour ,Mum. I like this white one.

Shop assistant: Thank you, here is your change 2.000 drams and your receipt.

Mother: Thank you.

The 31st of December is New year Day. People in Armenia love this holiday very much. it’s our favourite holiday. We buy New year presents for our family, relatives and friends. We decorate the New year tree. It is bright and beautiful. Santa Claus comes and puts presents under the Christmas tree․ Armenians like to be with their family at New year. We gather together to celebrate it. We eat Christmas pudding or Christmas cake. We have fun. All the Armenians are very happy that day.
